Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
The short version
- I collect your contact and business details when you enquire, book a call or message me.
- I use them to reply, book your call and work with you. I don't sell them.
- Some of the tools I use store data in the United States.
- You can ask to see, fix or delete your details at any time.
Who this covers
Well Booked is a marketing service for NDIS providers in Melbourne, run by Caden Williamson (sole trader, ABN 64 244 650 801). In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Well Booked.
I follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What I collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- Your business name, your role and the area you work in.
- The services your business offers, if you tell me.
- Messages you send me, and notes from our calls.
- Booking details, such as the time of your call.
I don't ask for information about NDIS participants or anyone's health. Please don't send me participant details.
How I collect it
- Forms on this website and on Facebook or Instagram ads.
- When you book a call through my booking page.
- Texts, phone calls, emails and Facebook or Instagram messages.
- Public business listings, such as your website or Google Business Profile, when I contact your business about my services.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and book a call.
- To send you texts and emails about your enquiry or booking, including reminders.
- To provide my services if you become a client.
- To send you occasional updates about my services, only if you've agreed. Every message has a way to opt out: reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
Help from an AI assistant
I use an AI assistant to draft replies to messages so I can answer quickly. I read and approve every reply before it's sent. Your messages are processed by that assistant to write the draft.
Who I share it with
I share your details only with the services I use to run Well Booked. I don't sell or rent your information.
| Service | What it's for | Where data is stored |
|---|---|---|
| HighLevel (LeadConnector) | Contact records, texts, booking calendar, AI-drafted replies | United States |
| Meta (Facebook and Instagram) | Ad forms and messages | United States and other countries |
| Microsoft 365 | Australia and other countries | |
| Netlify | Hosting this website | United States |
I may also share information if the law requires it.
If you're a client
When I run ads for an NDIS provider, the enquiries those ads bring in belong to that provider. They're handled under the provider's own privacy policy, and I only access them to run the campaign. Questions about those enquiries should go to the provider.
