Support workers across Dandenong and Casey. Book an intake call online.
Your roster has gaps.
Your ads aren't filling them.
Most providers rely on referrals and the odd boosted post. Enquiries trickle in, and the ones that do often wait a day for a reply.
The enquiry came in at 7pm.
By the time someone rings back at 10am, they've booked with the provider who replied first.
Your growth depends on a few coordinators.
One busy month for them means empty shifts, and workers asking you for more hours.
An empty SIL room costs you every night.
Rent, rostering and overnight staff don't stop while you wait for the right match.
One wrong ad can cost more than it brings in.
Ads that say "NDIS approved" or target people by disability get rejected by Facebook. The ACCC has fined a provider over its NDIS ads.
That's where I come in.
I handle the whole thing in four parts, from the plan to the Monday report, so all you see is new names in your diary.
Getting ready to launch
Turn your vacancies into a clear plan.
We start with what you need filled: which services, which suburbs, how many new participants you can take on, and what you can spend on ads.
Includes:
- The services and suburbs to advertise
- A monthly ad budget, paid straight to Facebook
- What a new participant is worth to you
You do: tell me your real capacity, so the ads never promise spots you don't have.
Ads everywhere families look, and a text to every enquiry.
I run the campaigns and keep your website and Google listing working. Every enquiry gets a text from your business within 2 minutes, with a link to book an intake call.
Includes:
- Facebook and Instagram ads
- Google search ads and your Business Profile
- Your website, fixed so it ranks and turns visits into enquiries
- A text to every enquiry within 2 minutes, 7 days a week
You do: take the intake call, the same as now.
Ads written for participants and families.
I write and design the ads in plain words, and check every one against the NDIS Code of Conduct and Facebook's rules.
Includes:
- Ad words and design, written the way you talk
- New versions tested every fortnight
- No 'NDIS approved' claims and no AI-made people
You do: approve each ad in writing before it runs.
Where this week's enquiries came from

Includes:
- Cost per new participant, not just cost per click
- What I changed in the ads that week, and why
- A 15-minute call whenever you want one
You do: tell me who signed, so the numbers are real.

Questions.
What NDIS providers ask before booking a call.
Which plan is right for me?
Start with Social if you need new participants soon, because Facebook and Instagram bring enquiries fastest. Add Google if families already search for your services in your area. Pick Full if your website is old, slow or hard to use on a phone. We'll work it out on the call.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your site loads fast on a phone, lists your services and suburbs, and has a clear way to enquire, the ads can send people there. If it doesn't, a redesign is worth doing first, because every ad and every search ends up on it.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Facebook and Google directly from your own ad accounts, so you see every dollar. For Facebook I suggest A$15 to A$25 a day. I never mark it up, and there's no GST on my fee.
What if it doesn't work?
There's no guarantee, because I can't control who enquires or whether you have capacity. You get the ads, the texts, the booking page and an honest weekly report, for 30 days with no lock-in.
Can you advertise for unregistered providers?
Yes. The ads describe what you actually offer and never claim registration you don't have. Registered or not, every ad follows the NDIS Code of Conduct and Facebook's advertising rules.
What about privacy and contracts?
Enquiries stay in your accounts. The forms ask only for a name, phone number and suburb, never health details. Agreements made after a phone call include a 10 business day cooling-off period.
